Hi guys

I've just finished doing my first build using the corsair spec delta carbide series

The case comes with 1 rear fan and 3 front, at the moment it has no OS and just comes up with the error reboot with boot device or something a long those lines but I don't want to go any further as I'm not sure how detrimental it would be without the front fans

All the front fans have a 3 pin and 4 pin lead, the 4 pin ones are connected to some kind of joiner down to 1 single pin plug, I've connected this to a fan header on the board, I think this is the error tbh??

Just to clarify, rear and cpu fan working as should

Cheers

OK so I think I've sussed this, going to open the case back up later

Bassically I've messed up, the 4 pin plug on the fan is for the leds built into the fan and the 3 pin the actual power for the fan it's self. So basically I've plugged leds into a 12v fan header, I presume leds will now be dead but what a about the board?

Second question, I have 3 fans but only 2 fan headers, 1 on which is the pump one, can you safely run 2 fans off 1 header?

cheers for all the reply's

build is:

ryzen 5 2600 cpu
aorus b450 mobo
asrock rx590
giga 700w psu
t force ddr4 16gb

I've got it all working now, basically the 3 pin plugs are the fan feeds and the 4 pin for the leds.
I had another look and found system fan 1 and 2, a pump fan ( for rads ) cpu opt and cpu fan
at the moment all of these are running, 1 exhaust, 1 cpu, and 3 intake fans.

temps seem good, idle at around 32 and sits at about 60 while gaming, core temp shows it peaked at 74 but ive not ben able to catch it do this. the only issue I have is that all the case fans run at around 900 800 rpm and I cant adjust them in bias/

presume from here I either need 4 pin fans or a controller?

cheers for the help
