Front Case Panel (2USB Headphone/Mic jacks) not working.

I'm not sure how to get them working, everything is connected to the mobo perfectly I think, as everything was hooked up properly and everything else works, I've heard from a friend that I have to activate them in the BIOS?

My case is the Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case

Mobo is MSI Z77A-G43 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3.

I assume your audio drivers are installed.

Did you use the HD Audio cable or there is another audio cable option, can't remember the name at the moment.

The HDA cable isn't plugged in no but there was a cable that was to do with audio that was, HDA cable wasn't plugged in on my AM3+ either, the only thing not plugged in though is the HDA cable, bu that is too short to reach anything.
