Front Discs and pads

As above looking for front discs and pads for my 1.8 Yaris SR.

Any brands that people would recommend? What kind of price should I be looking to pay? What can I get that is better than OEM?

Priced up on euro car parts £87 for Pagid parts are they any good?

You should be able to get at least 25% off the ecp price using one of the codes - or if you're happy to get them delivered go to their sister site
 
ECP were £87 with the 25% discount applied. Carparts4less were £75 with a promo code result!

So would most people just go for pagid then? I am not a rally driver but I don't hang about either.

The Pagid parts sold by ECP will be OEM spec. parts, i.e. as good as the manufacturers originals.

Do you find the standard brakes lacking? If not, then they will be perfectly good parts to use.

I found them perfectly acceptable until recently now they feel awful. Ordering them now!

Well just received my order and rather annoyed. Pads box is knackered and clearly a return, unsealed and lid three quarters open. Don't know what they think they are doing sending supposed new items in this condition. Just sent them a email. Discs box also unsealed but doesn't look half as bad as the pads. Hope they sort it out quickly.

Should I return them? Don't really feel comfy with second hand brake parts.
