front I/O panel audio stopped working?

ok i have just moved some components around in my case to fit my 140 inside.

i moved the gpu down one slot and the sound card up one slot.

i ringed the front I/O cables from left is the audio, middle is usb and right is firewire.

i just plugged my headphones in to listen to some music and noticed no sound coming though and it continued to come out the speakers?

so i checked my sound settings and noticed no headphone options and the amd sound is not plugged in?

any ideas? many thanks

If you're using a sound card shouldn't the front I/O panel audio cable be plugged into that?

Having seen your post above why are you using the onboard audio if you have a sound card?

because its a cheep sound card with s/pdif out as that is what my surroundsound takes. i would use the on board but that is fibre optic
