Front panel connectors

Hi,
What does the little triange/arrow shaped pointer on the front panel connectors refer/point to.
I can`t remember if it`s ground or positive :confused:

I think it actually refer to position 1 on the connector, which may coincidentally be the position the positive wire is in.

Yesterday I attached some BitFenix Phenom Mini-ITX front panel connectors to the mobo. There were four of them (excluding the audio connector/s), the cables were entirely black, and the only identifying marks were those little triangles on each of the four connectors. I looked online and found some advice to just treat the triangles as the positives, and that worked out. So I guess when there's more than one connector that's the new rule now. At least for BitFenix. But nice to know it can also sometimes refer to pin 1 in other instances.
