front panel leds?

Hi are the front panel LED's on a case 12v?. i am wanting to replace the ones on my case but dont know what voltage to buy

It's either 5V or 12V since that's the regular voltage delivered from a PC PSU. You just have to look at the configuration of the supply pins or ideally use a multimeter to be sure.

the LED's in question come from the motherboard, so could be anything from 1.5v to 12v and are not powered buy standard molex plug. i think using a multimeter is the way foreword.
