Hi guys,

I've not had my P280 long so I'm not sure if this is a new issue or not, basically only one of the two, front panel USB 3.0 appears to be working properly, well, at USB 3.0 speeds... for example, I tried last night to transfer two 100GB+ images from my portable USB 3.0 drive to my hard drive and although it starts off okay, albeit at only around 30MB a sec (compared to 80MB+ in the port right next door) it soon flips out and cancels the transfer, the USB 3.0 drive auto launch then reappears. Sounds like a USB driver right? There seem to be two USB3.0.exe processes running in Task Manager.

My drives and devices work fine in the other USB 3.0 port, no problem :)

Any ideas?

Okay, I'm assuming that the port in question has become faulty - what are Antec like for support? I've heard good things. I only got the case at Christmas so still under guarantee but I'm wondering if they'll just let me swap out the USB header (or ever the front panel) as opposed to sending back the whole thing :(

Has anyone here had any dealings?

Hi, our RMA support is good, my HQ is closed today as it is a bank holiday in Holland, but I will email them to advise of your problem if you can send me your personal details via trust message.

Thanks.
