i don't know if its just me.. but in front i row there is a really annoying problem, if you have a file with a long file name its doesn't scroll
! you can image the frustration when you have a load of file named
"MY FAV TV SHOW 1x1"
"MY FAV TV SHOW 1x2"

but all you can see it "my fav tv......" 10 times... no good really...

cant seem to find an option to change that anywhere ... anyone else have that problem?

You're not alone, it's a real design flaw. You can't even change the size of the font :(

i dont know if you managed to catch the keynote speach the other day but the new apple tv seems to not scroll either! come on!

i know it seems that way! lol

its a real shame and hopefully will be sorted out sharpish in an update.

Do what I do, sort them into folders by TV show, then Season, then give them xx-*episode name* names - easy :p

How do you get Front Row to play videos etc? Is it limited to Quicktime or can I make it use VLC and make any folder of videos accessible through it?

You can install codec so Quicktime will play Divx, xvid etc. then you can play them as normal in frontrow.

I think you can get VLC into frontrow, but quicktime seems to work just fine for me.
