Front usb / led connectors: help!

Hey guys (and any ladies? *hopeful smiles*)

Building my sisters new comp, thought i'd address what has so far just been dumb luck when it comes to connecting the usb / led headers on the mobo.

I know there are +/- symbols for the corresponding pins on the motherboard, but how do i know which when faced with 2 holes on the end of a cable is the positive and which is the negative. Each connector has a triangle on one hole, is that the positive?

Yep, the pin marked with a triangle is positive. I'm also pretty sure that pin is usually the coloured wire.

If its round the wrong way, sont waorry, just turn it the other way. You will NOT damage anything.
