front usb on shinobi not working?

Hey guys,

I bought a shinobi gamer case for my new build a couple weeks ago and everything is fine bar the 2 normal usb ports dont seem to work on it. The 3.0 are working fine but the 2 next to them dont. There is another usb lead that comes off of the usb 3.0 one but its too short to reach a usb socket so i assumed that was only for if u cant plug in the usb 3.0. There is a seperate usb lead that i have plugged in to two diff headers on the board but neither works?

Its a gigabyte z77-dh3

Anyone had luck getting them working?

the seperate usb cable should work. Try checking the top panel connection.

I thought it was a direct like from front panel in cases have never actually seen the connection. Will take a look tomorrow cheers
