Frontal panel static noise

I have a corsair 220t RGB case, and its frontal panel has only one 4pin jack plug. My headphones have only 3 pins (no mic), and I get static noises on them when there is no sound playing.

I did found the issue is the lack of shielding on the frontal panel cable that goes to the motherboard. Removing the side panel and moving the wire around makes the noise fade away.

I am looking to get a sleeve shielding for that wire, but so far, I don't know which should work the best. Extending the headphones cable to the rear panel is not an option because I want to use headphones and speakers.

Any advice would be awesome!

Cosmetic plastic sleeves don't do anything to EMI. (that needs metal shielding)
Though moving cable for example farther from graphics card could decrease EMI.

Yes. I am undecided in between spring-like metal shielding or just mesh like. I was hoping that other people have used stuff like this in their setups.
