Frontlines : Fuel of War demo out on Marketplace

Played it, seemed too 'tacky'. Felt like it was like every other futuristic FPS, nothing really stood out. The remote controlled detonators were ok, till one of them bugged and got stuck. Graphics were ok, again, it had a certain feel to it like it was some sort of rushed attempt at competing with the FPS shooter market, except it failed.

5/10 from me.

after being disheartened about the Burnout demo I thought I'd give this a whirl, crap graphics, crap performance, aiming is something to be desired, but, I actually really enjoyed which surprised me tbh, I love the r/c cars/helicopters and the whole idea of pushing your front-line forward on your map by capturing the different points is quite cool, I think with a bit more work on the game this could have been a AAA title, as it is it's quite unpolished but still fun.

This game is going to fail hard.

Not because the concept isn't good, but the way they've implemented it. Controls are poor, graphics are nothing great. And the biggest reason of all, Battlefield: Bad Company is due for release a month or so later, and will do everything 10x better.
