It will run - I've done it.
No real problems as far as I could tell.
I would suggest however you take a look at the Expression Web 2 package from Microsoft.
FrontPage had a lot of haters - personally I liked 2003 and created many sites that conformed 100% to HTML standards.
People who kept on going on about FrontPage adding code and the like were basing their arguments on FrontPage 97 or 2000 - things changed a lot with 2003.
Expression Web 2 is a very impressive package.
Sure there is a learning curve, but if you know FrontPage it won't take you long and the results with EW2 are very good.
great news about 2003. As far as expression web goes. I have big use of includes and tables. The support in expression web is not good. No instant eraser for parts of a table. No native include support without add-ons. Missing the office clipboard was bad to lose as a well. So for static sites with heavy use of older frontpage tools expression web is a pain to use.
