Received a turkey crown for last Xmas, half of which we had for Xmas dinner. How long would the other half, uncooked, last in the freezer before it’s past its best?

No time at all, because Turkey is already awful. AMIRITE???

As long as it has stayed fully frozen it should be "edible" for a very long time. But it will probably become even more dry and tasteless.

Depends on freezer specs, iirc a standard freezer should only freeze food for six months max before it's eaten or chucked.

Be perfectly fine - home made garlic and herb butter smeared all over, some nice thick smoked bacon slices ‘latticed’ over it. Drop of stock of choice into the pan, tent it with foil and cook accordingly. Some goose fat and rosemary and garlic roasties to go with….. Nom nom.

I can't eat it after knowing how bad it smells after one day in the fridge...

Chicken still smells like chicken oddly enough, Turkey smells like its been farting in the fridge, even when its only the breast meat
