Are their repeaters any food or should I just get an eero?

I've a Fritz Repeater and it does the job for me, it'll only create a mesh if used with a fritzbox router which I'll assume you have to be considering the Fritz Repeater. If you go for the eero mesh system that includes the eero router then make sure that if you are using a provider that uses PPPoE eero have fixed the incompatibility they had with it. If you are with Zen who are the only provider that uses the fritz box that I know of, their connections use PPPoE for authentication so the eero may not be compatible.

Yes with Zen and I have a poor signal the other suffer of the house. I can only get 38mb down but WiFi crops to 2mb sometimes.

Considering my a Fritz repeater or any mesh system that's compatible

I have a Fritz Repeater network at home via 4 x 7530 units.

It works well and the interface is good, showing the transmission rates between the boxes and any recommendations such as repositioning the boxes for a better signal.

I can't compare it against other hardware as I've never tried other kit.
