So, i have no idea where to go from here.

I purchased this Gigabyte G1 1060 card from here : https://www.overclockers.co.uk/giga...ddr5-pci-express-graphics-card-gx-18f-gi.html

And since i'm doing a watercooling loop i searched on overclockers also for a compatible block, this is where i came across this... https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-w...0-gtx-g1-gigabyte-nickel-plexi-wc-9b5-ek.html

In the specs of this product it lists the graphics card ID (GV-N1060G1 GAMING-6GD), which is the one i have purchased...

So i've came to fit the waterblock to the GPU and to my surprise, it doesn't line up... even though the waterblock specifications says it will fit... it doesn't.

Here's some pictures so you can visualise the struggle i'm in right now

So, i'm asking anyone here what can i do about this?

The block is incompatible with your card (it does state not for the Rev 2.0) and they are not going to make one for your card. Going by the pictures your card is a Rev 2.0 while the block is for the Rev 1.0. The two cards have vastly different pcb's. Always use EK's cooling configurator before buying a block (or card come to that) so that you can see if it will fit. It also shows a picture of the naked card so that you can see which version you have. You could return the block for a refund and keep the card on air, use a core only (universal) block along with heatsinks on the vrm's and memory, use something like the NZXT Kraken G10 and a AIO, or return the card and buy one that will take the block that you have.

I've found that out now but as i can see on the product page of the graphics card it is not listed anywhere that is it actually the REV 2, that is the reason this problem has occurred.

I've contacted support and looking to get the card refunded, which i will then seek out a REV 1 card what will be compatible with the block hopefully.
