Frustration photo viewer problem

For some reason, shortly after a fresh install of Windows, the same problem happens, and I cannot work out what it is because it's not a memory problem.

Anyway to fix this?

I'm not a fan of the MS photo viewer, it's very limited in terms of functionality. Take a look at the likes of Faststone or Ifranview.

Oh aye thanks works great... sort of, it works on my second monitor but if I open it on my primary monitor, then I have to drag it across for the picture to appear.

Both monitors I have it ticked to my own settings.
