FS-X VCR scenery

I've just bought VCR Scenery FS-X, vol 3. Are these settings optimal?

Here's a picture, with FS-X standard textures on the left, VFR on the right.

Not having all regions is ugly!

Not that impressed with detail, it looks nothing like the screenshots ie here

Can anyone take a screenshot with the same pack installed?

It just looks like green textures instead of the dried out grass colour of the original textures. I also have Scenery Solutions Ultimate Terrain X USA & Canada, I wouldn't think it'll mess up UK textures?


ahhh I think detail on the textures depends on aircraft, was using a jet- just a blurry mess. With a chipmunk more detail.
