Hi, i am thinking of going into flight sim. Im just wondering if the saitek X52 flight controller any good with the FS game? is it worth buying it to play flight sim?

I use the X52 throttle, thought the stick itself was a little poor.

If you want something a bit cheaper go for a Saitek Evo. Great stick that can be had relativly cheap.

I upgraded from the Cyborg Evo and now have the X52. If you're new to flight sims then I'd suggest going with the Cyborg just in case you don't get on with the genre. It's a great stick and the inbuilt throttle means you don't miss the seperate unit quite as much. If you really get into flight simming then you might want to look at the CH products which are more money than the X52 but are supposidly better. IMHO The X52 is pretty much a halfway house between a single stick and the CH products, it's a good balance between price and performance.

Still use my precision 2 pro and it is a brilliant stick!
