FSB:DRAM ratio

Hi,

I've got some 1333MHz DDR3 which is listed as 7-7-7-24 1.65v. I have manually set the timings in the BIOS, and left the volts to AUTO for now. However from looking at CPU-Z I am not certain everything is running as it should.

The FSB speed is 200MHz and the FSB : DRAM ratio is 3:10 according to CPU-Z. This is 1:3.3333 therefore is the memory running at 200 x 3.3333 = 666.67MHz? I understand you then double this due to the memory being DDR therefore the true speed is 1333.33MHz?

The memory is also running in 'unganged' mode, is this correct?

The bank cycle time (tRC) is 33 clocks but from the reading I have done this looks correct. And the comand rate is 1T which again appears fine.

Lastly, on the SPD tab of CPU-Z, can anyone confirm which column I should be looking at in the timings table? Or is it not relevant?

Many thanks for any advise!
