Can anyone explain what this means and what the best settings are?

I have an i7 2600k at 4.3ghz and 16gb of standard crucial 1333mhz ddr3 ram... I read 1:1 is the best ratio to have but the ratio on my computers cpuz says "1:5".

Is this ok or should I change something to make my system run better! I recently built this as my first system and am realising quickly that I dont know anything about computers!

(BTW I use the system for CAD software rather than gaming)

For SB just leave it as it is. The FSB for SB is 100mhz, so effectively your RAM would be running at 1000mhz (Double Data Rate so 500x2=1000). I would try see if you can raise it so you can get 1333mhz on your RAM speeds.
