Hi!

I'm having a problem getting my p5e to boot anything over 400 mhz fsb.

All voltages are stock, and im running a q6600 at 3.2ghz on stock voltage too.

When i read the overclock guide, it tells me to raise the chipset voltage to achieve higher fbs speeds.

I cant find which setting my "chipset" voltage is anywhere.... can anybody help?

Ive got a few options which i dont quite understand too:

VCORE - i presume this is my cpu voltage. and wont affect fsb..

CPU PLL? -

FBS TERMINATION? -

DRAM voltage - presuming my ram voltage and no effect either.

There doesnt seem to be a p5e official thread... any particular reason?

Any help is much appreciated.. thanks.

Ive got a P5E Q6600 and to be honest ive barely got mine over 3.1 ghz aswell mine required a bit of a voltage boost.
The Chipset voltage i believe is the one called NB voltage i think
But to be honest id wait for someone else to clarify :D
Dont happen to know what the stock for the Chipset Voltage is?

No idea about NB voltage as standard unfortunately... i'll see if i can find out when i get home.

Anyone else have any information out there?

Can we make an official p5e thread?

I know we can easily get over 450 out of our fsb, and a good 3.6 out the q6600!!

thanks.
