FSX downloads

Hey, just got FSX and im looking for some FREE downloads to improve the sceneary. (cant spell :s)

Im running it on 2gb ram and an 8800gt. It looks ok,ish, well i lie, i have most of the settings on high with AA and i think it runs smooth, although i don't know the command to show fps. So any good downloads? (Vista 64bit)

There are load of excellent sites out there, I normally use AVSIM and Flight Sim World. There's a really good tweaking PDF here.

Try this link, you may need to register on AVSIM first, though, in order to gain access, but it is completely free.

Make sure your patched up to SP2 also.

Shift + Z to see FPS. The only free downloads I use are planes, but there is some great free scenery out there. Not sure if Tile Proxy is any good but I have seen some great screenshots with it. Horizon scenery is the daddy for me, but its £18 a disc (x3 discs for the UK and no Scotland). Still worth every penny and then some

omfg, i just uninstalled steam and for some reason it **** fsx/acceleration with it. OMFG
