fsx wont activate!!

hi all bought a copy of fsx. had trouble with activation so rang ms today who kindly hooked me up with new key for game

i have followed all the support docs from ms etc and it still keeps saying key is invalid.....i know its a known issue. but has anyone on here got a work around to get it to activate....doin my nut!!!

Never had an issue with it myself, don't they have a phone activation service for it?

Can't say I've had an issue either, the one time id did moan it said call MS so I did. The new key they gave me worked fine. This was some while ago but I'm fairly confident the chap on the phone waited for me to enter the code and confirm it worked before we hung up.

Did you buy the gold edition? If so make sure you are entering the FSX key first and then the acceleration key.

They do have a phone activation service (well at least did) as I said I've used it myself.

I just got off the phone with the support team at MS. absolutley fantastic!!

game is all activated and service was brilliant

yeah thats what got me looking at it. quite like my sims and as shown in those pics....its a very pretty game!
