FT02 Owners help!

Basically I bought an FT02 and it looks nice, set all my components ect, and when i plugged my headphones in headphone jack it feels loose like when i knock it, the sound goes, also the bottom of the case feels like it's not completey straight is this normal?

Sounds like yours got dropped! Send it back. God knows you're paying enough to have one free of defects

They will replace the top panel. I had a sticky power button and they sent me a new one after I sent some pics of the default

no need to do the whole case.

edit: missed the bit about the bottom panel.
