Not sure if this is the right place or not.
We have a web server hosted in a data centre and I am getting an external company to create a website for us.
I have created the web folders using IIS and created them an FTP account and limited it to their folder within the wwwroot folder.
They can connect to the FTP site and see the stuff in there, however when they try and upload any files or create a directory they get this message:
[R] MKD tempdir
[R] 550 tempdir: Access is denied.
[R] PWD
This is a win2k3 server using IIS V6.0
I have checked the permissions on the folder and they have full access, I have added them with full access to the wwwroot folder too, but still this error
