I use Filezilla. Got bored of smart FTP as I found it was homogay compared to Filezilla.

another vote for filezilla. cheap (free), clean/simple interface...

been using filezilla for years, never really tried anything else tho (besides commandline), oh and i tried fireftp too (firefox extention) but its too easy to close the tab by accident
