I swear in the past I had a program which let me have one FTP on one side, and a different one on the other, and you could transfer files between the two (without having to download from the 1st site (slow) and upload to the 2nd site (even slower)). I use Filezilla these days, which is good enough for my needs, but was amazed that I couldn't find an option to do this?

Does anyone know of a way I can do this? :)

Sorry.

Like on filezilla - on one side of the program you have your local drives, and the other side you have your ftp to server A.
Is there a way, or a program that allows you to have one ftp site (A) on one side, and a different one on the other side (B).

It'd be much faster to login to one server, and ftp from that to the other..

Yeah, thats effectively what filezilla does, doesn't it?

Erm, I don't think so?
If someone else can easily connect to 2 remote servers and transfer a file between them without having to download and upload it yourself, then please tell me how!

And yeah, If I could login to the server directly and then connect to the other server through there, that would be ideal. But you don't always have that option available. Like now :D

FlashFXP, is the app you're after :)
FXP = FTP -> FTP.

You can swap the local file browser on either window (left/right) to another FTP browser then just transfer across like it was your own local files.

Just about to type that in myself. Quoted for truth and all that malarky.

FXP required more than just a p21+p22 set up though if I remember corrently. Been years since i worked with FXP services. IRC you need to have both source and destination set up to access FXP transfers, or use a wingate between them if you cant/not allowed to do that.
