FTP racing game?

Would like a free to play racing game (sim or arcade) that supports private leagues/seasons for multiple players.

That has a nice to have of replacing drivers who are not active in a race with AI. i.e. 5 people in the league, arrange a race for 8pm on Thurs, but one person doesn't show so an AI driver participates in their place.

Are there any out there?

Don't know much about it but maybe Simraceway would be suitable.

look at all the other FTP games on the market.

I would argue they offer a lot more.

As said above, Race07 is like £2.50 and you can do all the above I believe

Live for Speed would do all of that with the demo version I think, although you would be limited in track/car choice. The AI are not much good though.
