ftp server

Hi Peeps,

Im using vista ultimate and I would like to setup my own ftp server....

I am currently trying to use "serv u" to do this....cant suss it out though..

any guides or anything that can help me pls from the beginning?

i dont mind using additional software as long as its easy and has a guide..

Can you not use the built in IIS?

im closing to sussing it on ServU...

For some reason now it keeps hanging on PASV for people trying to connect to my ftp server...

Why is this..

I googled it and apparently PASV has something to do with firewall blocking it etc...but I have allowed it on my router and windows firewall....

Pls help
