FTTC Changeover

It's been a while since I've changed ISP, but am moving from plusnet to Zen. At nearly 1am Zen emailed me to say it was all done, but I'm still connected to plusnet? The power happened to be out between 10pm and 3am so when it came back on I was expecting the connection to fail and I'd need to put the new details in.

I'm assuming Openreach do a config change to move my connection from plusnet Zen so until that's done and I'm disconnected I should not touch anything?

I suspect it has already happened and that if you put your zen details in it will work. Plusnet probably just havnt closed your account fully yet so your details are still working.
