FTTP on Demand Installation?

I've just noticed FTTP on Demand is available where I live.

I've found one site that says it's something like £700 install and £1200 a year, and another that's £90 install and only £300 a year.

Does anyone know how much it actually costs? If it's similar to current BT FTTC unlimited, then it'd be worth investigating!

Thanks

FTTP on demand has been available in my area for a coupe of years. FTTP is in the whole area except mine and a couple of other roads.

I have phoned the BT fibre department and they have always been unable to help saying its an Open reach infrastructure request. I have emailed Openreach loads of times and never had any response back from any of the email addresses I have used and that was before they announced it was suspending any new installations.
