Fuel back on Steam

Fuel has suddenly re-appeared back on Steam. Demo also available

Release date: 23rd July (today)

I remember seeing this title as coming soon, then it disappeared

Jesus, it's got a fairly bad metacritic score :/

At least the demo's on Steam, I'll give it a go

It's ok.

Very repetative, each zone has 3-5 career races and 5 or 6 challenges. All the races are pretty much the same.

Graphics look ok in an Xbox 360 slightly blurry way and there is a lot of texture and grass popup if you drive over open areas.

It's not worth £30 Steam are asking for it IMO.

just tried the demo, seems kinda fun. i'd maybe pick it up if it was on offer, but not full price.

tbh, that was one of the most boring demos I've ever played.

It's pretty enough, but doesn't have anywhere near the excitement of games like FlatOut or Burnout.

Rather upsetting, it could have been so much!

So would you guys say Grid is any better then this game ???

as grid is only £14.99 on steam http://store.steampowered.com/app/12750/
(Yes i know you can get grid for £9.99 at online retailers..but i like my games on steam)

GRID is far better but it's £7.50-£10 on the highstreet.

You're a bit late with Steam too, it was weekend offer 2 weeks ago for £7.49

I just seen Grid for £10 for the PS3..I most likely get that one..

Probably sensible, it will play better with a controller unless you have one for your PC.

Yes i use a wireless xbox360 controller on my PC........But i have my PS3 connected to my plasma TV

Demo was rubbish but full game is a lot better... Its not brilliant and grid is a lot better but its not a bad game once you get the better vehicles.

This game is so stupid :/

So the world is running out of fuel, so you hold long drawn our races burning fuel to win fuel :confused:

Asides from that there are other, better racing games out there. Not worth the cash imo!
