Fuel Mixup on forecourt

Not a Morrisons Petrol Station, its a petrol station with a Morrisons shop included, but owned by another company it would appear - Motor Fuel Group (MFG), which owns the petrol station

wouldn't you quickly smell the difference when fuelling the car, that, petrol vapour smell in the morning.
(from agnostic thread title, I though maybe they'd mixed up the 50KW and 250KW chargers)

They will try everything they can to do a runner. Morrisons might still be liable in some way if they have put their name on the forecourt and sub-contracted it out though.

It might not be an engine killer in an old car, especially an old diesel. A modern one though...

MFG and Morrisons are somewhat intertwined it would appear, in that Morrisons own a fairly significant stake of MFG.

Yes, affected people would claim against MFGs liability insurance. They would have to go through the hoops of getting their receipts together plus an independent inspection, but it is possible. As for quick, in legal timescales, yes, in normal human terms, could be up to two years. I've seen this before at a Tescos in Cardiff where the insurance company basically called 50 customers liars. The judge was rather less than complimentary.

I assume they would need to get people in the clean the fuel tanks at the petrol station as they would now both be contaminated. They would be evidence they screwed up.
