HELP!, just brought this game installed it, downloaded the patch off the site for it but get that message for almost every file when trying to install

HELP!, just brought this game installed it, downloaded the patch off the site for it but get that message for almost every file when trying to install
ok i fixed it! turns out the 2 patch types are different i had to install the 'retail DVD patch'
