Fuel System Changes - Remap required?

If you have a lambda sensor in the exhaust then the ECU should compensate and reduce the duty cycle. Things might be different on WOT depending on what ECU specifies.

Both injector size and fuel pressure affect the amount of fuel flow.

Are you going to be fitting a manifold referenced regulator?

If so it will absolutely need mapping.

Assuming the returnless setup runs 4Bar fuel pressure the at 1bar boost the effective fuel pressure will be 3Bar

Now swap to a returnless system with a manifold referenced FPR set to the same 4 Bar then effective fuel pressure becomes 5 Bar.

Either way, I'd still at least have a health check done on a Dyno at a minium just to make sure everything is in order

No, or very few ECUs will run closed loop past around 60% throttle, 3500RPM, or around 60kPa manifold pressure. Would also depend on the factory ECU using a Wideband rather than narrowband Lambda sensor
