Hi All,

I've taken the plunge and bought my first digital camera.

As you can see, its nothing special and I'm under no illusions about 'real' photography - but to see if I like it, I've picked a budget camera.

However, I'm gonna be carrying it around with me lots and as such, I'd like a decent case - preferably hard - but any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.

Who knows - if i really start to get into photography I'll be back for 'proper' camera advice!

Any ideas!?

Hey, you're from the Wirral too, I live in Upton! We have some nice scenery here to photograph to get out and take some photos! As for a case, any soft case will do really, as long as u don't play basketball with the camera! Have fun with your new toy

Ah! Upton - know it well! In fact had a visit to the shell garage yesterday!

I know - didnt realise how much scenery there was! - gonna take a trip out on saturday i think... see how I get on and hopefully start doing it properly!
