fujitsu recovery disk

Hi there i bought a fujitsu pc cheep.It came without a recovery disk.So how would i go about doing a fresh install?.can i just call fuji for one.Will they charge me?

Can you give me the model no/spec, we've got a few at work but they are normally for a specific range.
