Fujitsu Siemens Computer - no video input problem

A friend has the following problem with his Fujitsu Siemens Computer (Scaleo T):

PC powers on with Fujitsu Siemens logo displayed and then shows "no video input". The PC is connected to the TFT using a VGA lead.

Unfortunately he lives 3 hours away but has tried:

Another TFT via VGA - same problem
Another video card via VGA - same problem
TFT on another PC via VGA - same problem

Any further suggestions please?

How about trying a different VGA cable just to rule it out?

The VGA cable has been swapped out - unsuccessful.

Any ideas please?
