I'm ordering one of these on Monday for delivery first week of December and I can't wait. Should make a decent dekstop replacement - 1000 GB Hard drive capacity

it does look good, i've seen a cheaper 2Ghz core 2 duo for £750 inc vat on some sites.

Finally got it today.
The screen is awesome : 18.4", 1920x1080 - wow !!!!

That beast looks beautiful. I am in the market to replace my Acer 5630 early in the new year as the graphics card is failing and I am getting red lines on my screen and red shadowed text at times. Definately want to know how that beast performs.

What can I say - The machine rocks.
I went for the black and metallic red colour to save cleaning the white panels every 5 mins.

It plays games at decent fps; tested Tomb Raider and Far Cry 2 so far
The Blu-Ray drive and HDMI out saved me spending more on a stand-alone player and the 1080p output looks stunning on my TV.

Being a Pro photographer means I needed the 1TB drive capacity.

There is a light touch panel to reduce CPU fan noise and switch between the 9600GT and a standard Intel GPU to save power and heat.

The only problem is that I can't get a carry case to fit an 18.4" laptop

Just ran 3D Mark 2006 on default system settings and got 5072
