Short and simple couple of questions if you wouldn't mind :)

Firstly, does this game have a split-screen mode? (reviews hardly ever tell you that! )

And what do you think - is this game any good? Looking at YouTube videos, it looks quite fun... but reviews don't seem too keen on it?

Yup you can play split screen and yup it is lots of fun.

I was, but it's price and lack of split screen have made me decide against it for now! I'm really looking for a game to play with mates (both on my console, not via Live or system link)

My Review
Good fun game when it came out, and tbh it still is despite it's short career mode. If you can get it for about a tenner then it's worth a look as the gamerpoints are easy to get, and its a good laugh online (well it was when it first came out).

It's from the second wave of 360 games that came out, and it shows as there are some frame rate drops in places. There should be a demo still on the marketplace somewhere...

I'm not plugged in unfortunately :(

I just bought the game for a tenner :) Hopefully that'll mean my hunt for a fun non-serious split-screen game is over! I'll have a look at your review, thanks

I thought it was a very fun game with some unfortunate major flaws, yes it does have split screen.

In the end the handling was just a little too easy, which is a pity because the weapons and physics were done brilliantly.

As has already been said, get Flatout UC, its far far better. Or if split screen is important, get Burnout, again just a much better game.

God it's terrible, it's probably the second worst game I've played on the Xbox360 (after Rumble Roses XX). Its framerate is shockingly poor.

Nope. I refuse to! So many reviews can't be wrong, I'd atleast heard good things about FA!

But it is fun especially multiplayer at home. Big old american style cars that handle like dogs with guns, rockets and mines. I'm outraged and disgusted that you could put it in the same class as rumble roses !!!!!!!!

:p

I like FA, I really enjoyed it. Maybe it is just not a game for those who like car games to be "realistic".

I enjoyed Full Auto. Good little 'blast' but was VERY short lived and had zero skill involved. I reckon you could easily do the entire game, including the 1000 achievements in a day.

Framerate was good, but BAD when a lot of stuff happened at once.

Sounds like my kind of game already :p

I've got Flatout as well now anyway - should have them both by the end of the week :)

I'm looking forward to Burnout: Paradise

Get Burnout Revenge instead. Million miles better!
Got it on original xbox already :p I did buy it for 360 but took it back - it's not £20 worth of difference between the 360 and original versions! And I have burnout: takedown on original xbox, which apparently plays on the 360 :)

I'm finding it far harder than that :p

this was basically one of the first 360 games out. It sufferred from slowdowns during play. Avoid
