Full build for £1000

Hey,

this will be a first time build for me and looking for some advice,
I would need a monitor,kb and mouse also.

One question, I start college at the end of the month giving me access to a free copy of windows os, so can I just install a non activated os for now and then activate it at a later date ?

Would prefer to go the AMD and free sync route, but of course open to suggestions I have a little wiggle room on the budget but would prefer it less than £1000

Also happy to see suggestions for less lol, coming from console gaming and I don't really see the need to crank all the settings up at 1080p got a lot of older games to keep me busy that I've missed
