Full Initialize ps4 console

Hi

I want to wipe the PS4 system clean. I’ve backed up all save data and my games are on my external.

I’ve read that I have to deactivate the system as my primary ps4 which I’ve done but I do have other accounts on there that I havnt used for a long time that are using the system as primary and I can’t remember the passwords.

Does that bit matter and will it cause me any problems?

Im not getting rid of my PS4 I just want to give a clean up.

Maybe do a password recovery and deactivate on the old accounts just to be sure?

I’ve tried that but nothing shows up to change password. Really not sure why.

Does it really matter if they are set as primary? I thought it would only cause problems if I wanted to use those accounts on a new ps4 and try to set the new console as primary.
