Full install or upgrade?

Im thinking about moving over to win7, I am currently using windows vista Ultimate 64 bit, was just wondering if i would be better to upgrade or do a full install? Had a look at microsoft turns out im all ok to upgrade to win7 ultimate64, so which way do you guys think i should go?

Firstly I wouldn't bother paying the extra for Ultimate. I can't remember the exact difference between that and Professional version but I know it's some really obscure function that 99.9% of people would never use.

Upgrade is fine, its quite a 'clean' upgrade compared to some of the older Microsoft OS's which copied over a load of crap as well.

As mentioned, check whether you'll make use of the extra features in Ultimate version.
