Hi guys,

Im new to this site and have not built a comp for several years. I will be building a moderate gaming rig and the budget is not endless! I will be putting in:
i72600k
P8P67 Pro (more than likely)
Watercooling for CPU (undecided)
up to 2gb GPU

Also i dont know what kind of power supply i need (ie 650w or higher)

Will a Midi tower suffice or will a full tower be the better option? If so what is good atm?

The Corsair 600t/650D seems to be the midi choice to go for atm.

I'm getting one in due course and my build is similar to what you will be doing! Reason why in getting it because of the amazing cable management.

My budget is up to 1k max!

I would like a case that will last longer than a year but seeing as it a gaming rig mostly would a full or mid tower be better.

I dont want to spend more than 100 on a case ideally!

Also is watercooling better and if so what are the best cases for that?

The 650D is a high quality case, will last for years.
You're not going to find a Full size tower under 100.
A custom watercooling setup is gonna cost 250-300.

As above, budget £300 or so for a watercooled system, I'd suggest unless overclocking, ther eis no real need for watercooling in a midi tower, however if you were to overclock your i7 (i5 may be better priced and still more than capable for your needs) by any real ammount a full tower + watercooling would be a nice addition to budget in. Dependtant of course on your ambient room temepratures.
