Hey peeps,

I currently have the following hardware:

  • Chenbro Gaming Bomb Case (Mk1)
  • Asus P5N-E SLI M/B
  • BFG 8800 GTX OC GFX
  • Dell Perc 5/i Raid Card
  • 2 x 3.5" Fujitsu SAS drives
  • 1 x 3.5" Seagate SATA drive
  • Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Cooler
  • Enermax Noisetaker 600w PSU

I would like to upgrade the case as it is quite cramped, existing fans are real noisy (1x 12cm Papst, 1 x 8cm Akasa). In the future I would probably plan on going either AMD Phenom II or Intel Core i7 so case will need to be suitable for either. Also maybe plan on going the watercooling route and possibly dual SLI/Crossfire.

I've pretty much decided on either Silverstone or Lian Li as the manufacturer and have around £150 to spend but could stretch maybe to £200 if absolutely necessary :D would be nice to save a bit though to spend on other bits. That is why I was thinking the Midi Tower route as some of the Lian Li cases can be had for around £100...

Thanks in advance.

Was thinking of getting of getting the Lian Li PC-A70 myself but ended up getting the Antec P182 instead, still unsure if i made the right choice.
The P182 is a great case, but is a heavy S.O.B. :D

I waited and waited and finally DPD turned up :) - taken me hours to fit the PC (see the new cases thread).

Here are some pics when I unpacked it, it really is a monster looks much bigger in the flesh, photo's and reviews don't show you how big it is.
