Full screen magnification

Hi chaps,

to your knowledge do any of the distro's come with a full screen magnifier like Windows 7/8?

I need a full screen magnifier to use an OS and really need to get some Linux knowledge under my belt and without this its a no go.

cant say ive ever used any linux ones or windows ones, so have no idea how if its similar but ubuntu has gnome-mag
