Full screen video issues on 2 monitors.

Hello, not sure where to put this but I'm having problems today trying to put flash video into full screen mode on my second monitor. The setup is as an extended display, so not using eyefinity and was working fine before but now I get this

The full screen goes into my main and not the second display. Anyone know how to fix this? Haven't installed any updates, it just started doing this.

Could be just me but even on FTTC the image is taking ages to load. I reuploaded the image on imgur: http://i.imgur.com/7DIz3.jpg

Have you tried another browser? Reinstall Chrome (Since flash is built in)?
