Full screen videos in KMPlayer

Hi guys,

I'm trying to set up KMPlayer to play files at full screen size through Media Portal (for HTPC duties). I've got KMP to open in full screen mode, but the videos are only playing in a 640x480 ish window in the middle - the rest of the screen is blank. Does anyone know how I get the video to stretch full screen?

Right-click > screen controls > start playback in > maximised window

You'll presumably also need (selected by default):

Right-click > screen controls > keep video frame to > window size

Maximised Window - I don't think I've tried that option. I'll give it a go when I get home from work :-)

Well that seems to have sorted it :-)

Now the only problem I've got is that if I want to stop watching a video through Media Portal I press Esc. However, this seems to freeze Media Portal until I close down KMP in the bottom right hand bar on the desktop. Once I've done that Media Portal works again. How should I stop a video withought locking Media Portal? I'm guessing that I won't have this issue once I've set up a HTPC with a remote control?
