Full size mouse with nano receiver?

I'm after a cordless laptop mouse. Requirements are for the "nano" style receiver that can be permanently left in a laptop with only a few mm protruding, but the mouse MUST be full size.

I'm wondering if there is a generic nano solution I could maybe get that would work with other mice?

There are bluetooth receivers that plug into USB ports that are that small.

I think all Logitech's new wireless mice have the nano recievers now.

got a nice Logitech V470 in blue that is a bluetooth mouse...doesn't come with a bluetooth adapter, but as Tomsk said, you can get very slim bluetooth dongles.

I have one permanently plugged into my PCMCIA adapter.
